PhoneRefX is a reference plugin that streams your audio straight to your phone — live, with almost no delay — so you can adjust and tweak in real time, just like you would on your main speakers, and hear exactly how it sounds on a phone speaker.
Working with video too? It streams that to your phone as well, locked in sync with the sound — so you can check both together, in real time.
Almost everyone listens on a phone — creators and their audience alike. So what you make has to sound right on a phone speaker, not just on the speakers you work on.
Other tools send the sound to your phone over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. That lowers the quality and adds so much delay that tweaking in real time is almost impossible. PhoneRefX runs over your phone's own data cable instead — a clean 48 kHz stream, the rate phones play at, with no wireless codec in the way — so it stays instant, and you can finally adjust and tweak in real time. No other tool on the market gets the delay this low — that's what makes PhoneRefX a first.
No bouncing, no copying files to your phone, no playing it back over and over. Plug in, press play, and hear exactly what your audience will hear.
Remember the car test. This is the new car. 😊
Reference, tweak, deliver.
